Are my temperatures okay?

Hey guys, so I recently built a gaming rig. I put in the i5-4690K. Right now I have the stock CPU cooler (FYI, I'll be getting a better cooler before I overclock). Doing regular internet and non-gaming stuff, the 4690K is at 33-35 Celsius. It averages 53-55 Celsius during gaming.

I don't know if you need it, but I currently have one 120mm case fan, and two back and front fans that came preinstalled within the case.

So are these temperatures healthy?
