Are my temps normal?

Hello guys i have a question i used hwinfo and amd overdrive to watch my temps while gaming i played some bf4 for 30minutes and i saw the temps raising quite a bit now my question is as you can read from the title is this ok or do i need anything to cool my components.

Fx8320 max temp was 57.5 celcius
R280x max temp 68 celcius
Motherboard was a bit weird it shows 6 tempratures temp1 was 48c second 59c and the others between 45-55c
VRM temps about 65 to max 70

My system:
Cpu: x8320 3.5ghz
Gpu: r280x 3gb
Mobo: GA 970a D3SP w
Ram: 1x 8gb
Psu: 650w Realpower 80 bronze certificated
Case: Sharkoon vg4-s (1 front and 1 back fan both running at 1.3k RPM max)

All seems good,

was this the temperature during gaming? as if you exit game within 5 seconds the temps can drop 20c
best to leave a monitor running or play game in window to check.

This is in hwinfo which shows current avarage and max temps the ones i wrote are the max temps. I know what you mean like when i watch the temps it can already be 20c less then before but these temps are the max after 30-40min battlefield 4
