Are my temps normals/safe?

Hello!

I have a a8 5600k overclocked to 4.3GHZ. For cooling i have a corsair H55. What i was wondering is if the temperatures i have are normal and are they safe to use?

My Temps:
on idle around 25C - 28C
on usage it goes to around 28C - 40C
40C is a complete max and doesn't happen very often, only on demanding applications or games

Yes they are well under the limits of your cpu, and very good temperatures. The maximum operating temp for the 5600k is 75 Degrees.
