Are my temps O.K.?

I have a E6850 3GHZ CPU and a Corsair H50 Cooler.

I use Coretemp and Speedfan to test my temps. Speedfan is usally a few degrees lower than Coretemp for some reason.

But here they are:

Lowest temp: 12C on both cores.
Highest: 43C on core 1 and 41C on core 2
My average idling temp is around 18C per core.
My highest temps where acquired by running prime95 for 14 hours straight.

those are awesome temps they really low, you can probably OC that a ton and still have average stock clock temps

what fan do you have?
it is doing an awesome job

don't worry about anything that CPU will last long with those temps

umm those temps are perfect

you know you won't get up to 43 C unless your doing major gaming but mostly around 39 C

so yeah you're processor is in the lap of luxury those temps are perfect, you're lucky

I have the Corsair H50 cooler and the fan that it comes with is 120mm, 1400RPM and is very quiet.

Well its not exactly a fan, its a self contained liquid cooling system.

Its also kind of on the expensive side with a $80 price tag, but I plan on using it in my next build so I thought it was a smart purchase.

EDIT: just saw this too, in my next build I will be adding another 120mm fan.

43c after 14 hours of prime 95....
