are my temps safe?

My motherboard has no MOSFET cooling. I over clocked anyways. While running prime 95 or other stress tests hwmonitor reports no temps over 52. Am I safe with this?

HWmonitor might lie while measuring temps so 52 is not bad at all but who know that those temps are real.
