Question Are my thermals high/ is it overclockable?

So i've just installed a hyper 212 black edition cpu cooler on my ryzen 5 2600x and i want to get into overclocking.

My current thermals are around 40c on idle (weirdly spiking up to 50 at times, dont know why) and 65c under load. This is not overclocked and running and 4ghz. Are these normal thermals with a decent cooler? i suspect there might be a cramp in my airflow, altough im not sure. I'm running an LL120 rgb fan on the cooler and 3 more ll's exhaust at top and back of the case. Two ml140 Pro are set to intake.

And is this overclockable? I'm a noob when it comes to overclocking, ans i have to figure how to do that, but first of all i wanna find out if it's doable for me. And does overclocking shorten the lifespan of the cpu?

It's a budget air cooler , so those temps are normal. I wouldn't attempt high OC with it.

i will second that emotion.i have a 212 evo.anyone wants it can have it.like was said,decent budget air cooler but not for long it you want to overclock much.
