Some people tell me to change my VGA Cable maybe has been damaged (I was using DVI to HDMI ) then change it to Analog Cable and it didn't fix the problem.

BUT which will make me crazy , that i playing BF4 with maxmuim graphic for 2 or 3 hours no problems Temp. not get over on 70 C and the FPS is so good on Full HD Resoulation 40-60 and sometimes the screen freeze and sometimes not .

I used Benchmark Programs like Unigine (Valley, Heavan , Tropics & Sanctuary) , 3DMark FurMark & OCCT too and there is no problems and this is an example for the resualt :

Solution
can be two issue when a gpu errors out like that. one is heat...the gpu fans are not ramping up to cool the card and it getting too hot. most gpu firmware and drivers try to keep the card fan from spingping at high speed because of the noise. try using msi afterburner check that the gpu fan will max out. if it working fine set the fan to max out at a lower temp and then see if the gpu errors out again. if it errors out again it may be that your power supply not holding under load.

set it to log your power supply voltages see if the 12v rail drops below atx spec.
I would turn off the computer. Open up the case, and pull the video card out, and very gently wipe down the golden contacts on the bottom of the card with Isopropyl Alcohol on a very soft cloth that does not shed fibers. Only wipe a couple of times. There is not much gold on those contacts, and you do not want to remove the gold.

Use compressed air to get dust out of the case while you are at it. Then put the card back into the same slot it came out of, and press down until it clicks into place. Do your best at this point to look at the pins that went into the case, and make sure the front pins and back pins are all inserted to the same depth. In other words, the whole card is tightly inserted into the slot. Do not forget to put the screw back in that holds the card in place. Plug all the cables back in, and power up.

Hopefully, if the problem was the video card seating, this will have fixed the problem. If not, we will work on something else next.
