i didnt set any voltages i just changed the ram and i had very different mhz of rams on my motherboard. i changed the motherboard settings for ram to 1600mhz , i had one 4gb 1600mhz and 2 x 1 gb 1 like 1000mhz .

Why do you use 3 sticks of ram and not 2 or 4 for dualchannel and why using a 1600 mhz while the 3 sticks will run all at the lowest rate is 1000mhz. If you set the bios to let run all the memory at 1600mhz than the 1gb 1000mhz runs @ 1600 = an OC of 160% let it burn let it burn.

What CPU do you have? 1.312v should not even come close to frying a CPU, so long as you have any kind of good cooling.
