[SOLVED] Are my voltages within normal parameters?

My PC keeps shutting down after I start up a game, I only got it yesterday.

Specs:
Intel I7-9700F
MSI MPG z390 gaming plus
Nvidia RTX 2070 Super 8GB DDDR4
Cooler Master 750 Watt

My voltages using HWMonitor:

CPU Core: Min 0.848V Max: 1.224V
DRAM 1.200V
+12V: 12.000V
+5V: 5.120V
+3.3V: 3.376V

Max temps cap out at 50 degrees Celcius.

at least BIOS version 1.5 has to be installed
update the BIOS of the motherboard within the BIOS using the M-Flash menu and an USB flash drive with the unzipped BIOS file on it

Did you build it yourself or was it delivered as a system?

Check the temperature while gaming or under stress with coretemp
Try running 3dmark basic edition , click on compare result online after that and post the address from your upcoming browser

Are the PCIe power cables plugged into the GPU?

I'll check the BIOS, I think its only version 1.0 as I didnt update the BIOS yet.
the PC was prebuild from parts I selected.
The temperatures are stable even while gaming. Although I didnt get that far into gaming as the PC dies when I get into the game, the menu's fine but once im really inside the game the pc dies and reboots.
