Question Are Noctua Fan Screw Holes Not Threaded?

Or should I exchange these NF-A14 because they are not? Ive already stripped one screw installing the first one. I've got six to go.

I've never seen a fan that is threaded. You thread them yourself while screwing them in.

Oh alright then, I was completely unaware that Arctic does thread them. Pretty nice, to be honest. The Noctua fans get pretty mangled from using the provided screws. Noctua fans usually come with rubber pegs for toolless installation of the fans, but I've honestly never used them before.
