Question Are Nvidia Max-P mobile GPUs still manufactured? Performance compared to the 30-series Laptop/Notebook lineup ?

While I did some research previously on my current Nvidia Max-Q GPU, I came across Max-P GPUs as hinted for MAXimum Performance despite the performance limitations due to thermals in such a tight space? How do they measure up to the latest (30series unless 40series has already been released) laptop/notebook GPUs?

Max-P terminology hasn't really stuck around, Max-Q has though. They prefer to keep the end user in the dark for the most part.

They now just provide a power range the GPU is capable of. Up to the manufacturer of the laptop/bios to set a power limit.

An RTX3060 in an ultrabook might use 60W, but 115W is allowed. You can judge a lot on how a laptop will perform based on the size of the power brick it comes with.
