The NZXT is about 10 decibels quieter, so you'll notice some difference there. The POM bearing on the Jet Flo though is supposedly supposed to allow long life. The bearing on the NZXT though is also great with lifespan. Your choice, if the extra 10 is worth it, as well as the sacrifice of LED lighting on the fan
