Are P8Z68-V/GEN3 and P8Z68-V identical?

Other than gen 3 PCIe which would be useless for a 2600K?

To clarify I mean the one that's 170 (the gen 3 is 180).. like on newegg. I think it's lga

The diference between them is: P8Z68-V/GEN3 have PCI Express 3.0 and P8Z68-V have PCIE 2.0.
