[SOLVED] Are recordings made through Desktops and Laptops supposed to be noisier than that of phone?

I have recently purchased a headset (expensive model from that particular brand, i.e., BoAT) and found that it is recording slightest sounds too, so I purchased a mic (a budget one) specifically to resolve the noise cancelling issue. Again, it recorded slightest noises in the room, even the movement of mic on the shirt or something in the room I don't know.

After having the above experience from both my brand-new laptop, I tried my phone using the same mic and later headset and surprisingly the noises are not recording from there. This made me realize that the problem is with devices and not the peripherals. Why so? Are phones more efficient?

Update: I see that the problem is only on my laptop. Could anybody help me fix this?

maybe its the program youre using. your phone will have an android program built for use on the train or something where as your pc will be a totally different program made for indoor use where background noise is less of a concern. a phones microphone is inside a plastic case too because they know your gonna be rubbing it on your chin when you walk and talk.
