Are rubber fan mounts worth it?

The title says it all, they're £2 per fan(4 mounts) are the worth it?

I do not like rubber mounts, they don't hold very well and look kinda tacky. A quiet built fan will do a better job then rubber mounts.

Rubber is good for reducing vibration to the case and thus the noise.

So if you care about noise, sure it's worth it. A long with a good fan like

Use the rubber mounts then, that will help better then having to buy new fans. They will work for what you need them for.

So I'm thinking of trying them out on the side pael as it's kinda loose.
