new client with older NT Server ; need to install SP 6 for tape software;
need I run, in order, SP 2 to 5 ? Or can I just run SP 6 ? Did not see
answer on MS sites for NT.

Hi Barrett,
Service Packs are ALWAYS cumulative ie: you only need install the latest to get
all the advantages of those previously released - in other words, just run SP6a
and you'll be right.
Be aware that to make a NT4 machine stable and secure there is a LOT more than
just SP6a to apply. Have a look at: http://nt4ref.zcm.com.au/patch.htm for the
current 'state of play'
