Question Are Silverstone PSU any good in 2020?

I'm looking to buy a 600w PSU in my country (Thailand) then I found this ST60F-ES230 80+ (white) for 1,590 THB or exactly 50USD, but before I buy this PSU I want to ask you guys about this 600w PSU. Is it any good this one? Is there are better quality ones at an affordable price?

What will it power in your system? You must also mention where you're located to help us understand your regional products availability and your budget for the PSU. Personally I'd ask you to buy into their Gold rated PSU's and not the 230v EU versions.

I am now living in Bangkok, Thailand I also think that 600w is too much for my specs. I'm about to build a PC with r5 2600 and RX570 4gb.
