Are SSD's really that good?

Solution
SSDs are great. If you move from HDD to SSD, you would never turn back. The performance increase is very significant when installing the OS onto an SSD.

However, that deal isn't that great. You can get a higher-quality Samsung 850 Evo 500GB for about the same price:

In numbers ssd's have 5-6 or more times the speed of a regular 7200rpm.You will have faster boot times, faster access time to folder i mean every time you click a file or a program that is installed on ssd it will open instantly,in gaming loading times will be reduced and if you do any disk demanding work like video editing.

Imo if you dont have any problem with waiting for some seconds and you have the need of space, then just grab a good regular hdd.
