Are the corsair air series fans any good?

I'm looking for some red led fans. The corsair air series caught my eye because they seem pretty good for the price, which is about $20 for 2. I was looking for reviews and they are mixed, some say they're loud someday they're quite, so anybody who owns them may be able to help? Also if you can recommend some better ones for a good price (about $10 per fan) that are red led let me know!

I may get flagged for this but anandtech has a very good review of the corsair fans. I would suggest to go to there site and read there review.

They're pretty good for the money. They make a silent series. The standard ones that came with my cooler are pretty quite on the low to medium settings.
