Are the CPU and the Motherboard suitable?

I want to change my CPU and I need to change the motherboard too.
I have DDR3 (RAM).
My case is ATX.
My GPU: Sapphire R9 280X 3GB VAPOR-X
Supplier: 620W.

So, i5 4690 + Gigabyte GA-Z97X Gaming 3 LGA 1150, are they suitable to my computer?
