Are the following components compatible? (Memory/RAM and Motherboard)

Hi, recently I have had troubles finding compatible 8gb RAM Module Kits to work with my motherboard.

Are the following parts compatible?

The Ripjaws should work yes, but MSI wasn't all that good with BIOS updates (and still isn't ) I'd look at the GSkill NT series of Value DRAM as a possibly better fit. Most of todays DRAM uses high density 4Gb memory IC's (chips) - the RJs and the NT series use low density 2Gb chips
