Are the motherboard securing screws compatible in the EEB and E-ATX form factor

The Asus Z10PA-U8 ( Xeon motherboard ) says its an ATX size, but has the EEB fixing layout.

I want to buy the Lian Li PC- V1000L case, this is E-ATX, AND ATX Compatible.

Will it work?

If you are asking about the mounting screws, the screws come with the case, not the board. Yes, they will fit the holes in the board.
