Are the MSI NVIDIA GeForce GT 720 and Intel Core™ i5-660 compatible?

I am upgrading my desktop, and I would like to know if the Intel Core™ i5-660 and the MSI N720-1GD3HLP NVIDIA GeForce GT 720 1GB will work with each other and with my motherboard and PSU? Here are the other specs for my PC:
Motherboard- Asus P7H55-M/USB3 (https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P7H55MUSB3/)
Ram- 2x2GB DDR3
PSU- Seasonic X-Series Fanless 400/460 Watt (not sure which) (http://www.seasonicusa.com/NEW_X-series_Fanless.htm)

If any of these aren't going to work together, then can someone please recommend a replacement? Also, if possible, can anyone ensure this setup is capable of running Subnautica?

Should be compatible, however I would advise against the gt 720, its not very good. Try and go for a GTX 750/750 Ti at a minimum to have a good experience in games.
