Are the pins on a graphic card on the same place in every graphic card?

Hello, I was wondering if the pins are in the same spot in every card no matter the length of it?


For example, are the pins in the same place on a card with 16cm length and a card with 20cm length?

Which pins are we talking about? The PCI-E power connectors you mean? If PCI-E power input connectors, that answer is both yes and no because AIB partners tend to do non reference designs and can have the power closer to the GPU die. One that comes to mind is the GTX750Ti by Asus. They have one model with the PCI-E connector near the middle of the card.
