Are the Pure Wings 2 PWM quiet?

Greetings PC enthusiasts! I'm thinking about picking up the Pure Wings 2 140mm PWM fans. Do you have any experience with it? I'm currently sitting about half a meter (20 inches) away from my PC which is placed on top of my desk. I am planning to buy 4 of them for my chassi and one 120mm for my CPU Radiator Cooler. Will they be quiet while idling or not? Any opinions are welcomed.

Silent Wings 3 ARE ON THE MARKET 2 , BeQuiet makes great fans.
