Question Are the X79 LGA 2011 motherboards from Ebay and Aliexpress reliable?

Currently, prices are really expensive in Canada.
So I just thought why not just go for an 2011 LGA Xeon processor that provides more than 6 cores for less than $20 dollars (in some cases)
So basically I was just trying to find a decent good lga 2011 motherboards for around 50-130 bucks, and all of them seems to be above $300 dollars until I found a cheap x79 motherboard from china, is it reliable?
