are there 1/8" stereo jack switches? (1 in 2 out)

I'd like to have a switch box i can send my PCs audio into and just switch between headphones and speakers without unplugging anything.
My speakers and headphones are both 1/8" plugs.
input could be anything since my sound cards output is two mono 1/4" which i currently use a converter to get down to one 1/8" stereo plug

I'm sure there must be something out there, any ideas/ recomendations?

also, with something like that, is there a chance of losing quality?

Just get yourself an A/V switch and use and adapter to convert the input or output terminals/connectors. Then reverse the input to output of the switcher.
