hi, usually I have a lot of stuff I want to plug into my AVR (I want to plug in 6 things)

with this many to plug, what should be the stats of my AVR? I imagine it better be heavy duty. How are AVRs measured anyway? Is it by wattage?

Lots of UPSs have a feature called AVR
What things are you pluggin into it? I assume a computer/monitor are 2 things, what are their stats?
