Question Are there AMD graphics drivers to be installed on a Linux system using the Athlon 200GE?

Pretty much as the title says. I have the Micro Machine (see sig), running Lubuntu based on the Ubuntu 18.10 release. CPU is the Athlon 200GE.

If I'm doing some light gaming on this thing, are there AMD graphics drivers to be installed - and if so, what are they, and how do I do this?

I did some searching online, but wasn't able to quite get anything definitive.

I didn't explicitly install any drivers.

I came across a reference that says I can get the driver info via:
sudo lshw -c video
and the results, which I assume are some kind of default for AMD (?), are:
