Is there any cheap computer case that has mesh side panels, mesh front panel, mesh top panel with space for fans?

Perhaps, but why would you want one?

Cooling is more effective with a simple front to back airflow that is easiest done with a mesh front case.

All mesh would admit more dust to your system, compared to the cleansing action of a filtered front intake.

My motherboard is a micro atx, and my budget is $60 preferably less I'd like to keep things cheap.

Oh okay, do you think it'd be better if It had maybe space for a 200mm fan on the side panel instead and that'd be the only mesh.
