I have an old Supermicro X7SBL-LN2 based SFF machine, it has 8GB of DDR2 RAM, XGI integrated graphics, a 300W power supply, and a quad core Intel Xeon X3220, I was wondering if there are any graphics cards that would work in this machine, it does not have any PCI Express x16 slots, nor any AGP of PCI 64 bit slots, just PCI 32 bit slots, PCI-E X8, and X4 slots, the integrated graphics are lackluster at best, and I'd like to use the Xeon to it's full potential.

Solution
Your best bet is probably any PCIe 2.0 card or lower. Even if the card is X16, the motherboard just isn't likely to utilize all of it, so buying a bit overpowered will ensure you get the most out of your Xeon.

A GT 710, for example, should fit and work for you.

You can use PCIE x8 to x16 riser.
