Are there any mechanical keyboards with customizable lighting settings like the k70?

I want to get a rgb mechanical keyboard with blue switches that lets you customise the lighting effects like in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yYet1X18F2E

My friend has the k70 but I can't afford it. I have a budget of around £70. Can I get anything with that amount of money?

Razor's Deathstalker Chroma is cheaper and has lighting effects although it appears to be much more expensive in Europe than in the US.

No, that keyboard doesn't allow for lighting effects. It's called a rainbow keyboard because each section of the keyboard has different colored keys but you cannot change the color.
