Question Are there any PCIe Sound Cards with a Game Port?

I recently got a couple of old Microsoft SideWinder 3D Pro Plus flight sticks that I'd like to use again but apparently those don't work with Gameport to USB adapters because the signals aren't supported or something like that. So I was wondering if there are any modern-ish sound cards that use PCIe, works on Windows 10 and still has a game port on it?

No. It's been labeled as a "legacy port" since the turn of the millennium.

The joysticks you have may be using an analog signal instead of a digital one, in which case I did find an adapter that claims to work with analog signals: https://www.amazon.com/USB-Joystick-Gameport-Converter-Adapter/dp/B078W1VT1R

I took a look at that and I'm not sure if it actually supports the Sidewinder 3D Pro Plus. I see some sources out there saying it doesn't while others say it does...

What about a PCI-PCIe adapter for an older sound card? Could that potentially get game port support working on a modern PC?
