Question Are there any Toshiba T1600 power board replacements or compatible boards available?

I recently purchased a toshiba T1600 that was advertised as working but upon receiving it and plugging it in, it began to smoke. Once it took it apart I found cracked and burnt chips on the bottom and top of the power supply board(in places even the brashest screwdriver couldn't damage) . Luckily this power supply is modular and can be easily replaced even though the surface mount components can't. I couldn't find a part number or replacement on ebay or other second hand websites but am wondering if there are any compatible boards or if anyone has a circuit diagram that can be used to find the burnt chips replacements.

You should probably start with what kind of device this "T1600" is - laptop, printer, copier, TV etc. And I doubt that just replacing the burned chip, even if you what what it s, will help.

Sorry I should have mentioned it was a laptop. I don't intend to replace the burned chips, I intend to replace the entire board if a suitable replacement can be found because the board itself is attached via a connector
