Hey i would like to upgrade my memory to 8/16 gb ram

After researching it comes down to 2:
KINGSTON 8GB DDR 3 PC1600 HYPER X
GSKILLS RIPJAWS X-RED 8GB DDR3 MEMORY

My motherboard is GA-H55M-S2V

What do you mean upgrade? Did you have a memory before? Are you replacing RAM or upgrading RAM? IF you are upgrading then you need to buy exact same RAM stick
