So need to buy a new higher watt PSU but since my PC is smaller then normal it has to be a specific one. I already know it needs to be a
l05757-800 and found a couple on ebay but noticed 2 of them that look identical but a slight difference in the HP P/N number

on has a -013 at the end and the other -003
I assume this isn't a big deal but just wanna be sure before I buy

Solution
This seems to be two revisions of the same model of PSU. The -013 one is likely the more current of the two of them. Otherwise, they appear to be the same device.

Hi there,
The most important in the PSU is that you check how many "Watt's" it can give and also the connections that need to be the same. Sometimes manufacturers make more models for the same computer, because they see a cut in the costs by using less components or a little bit less metal. Everything to be cost effective. then you heva ofcourse new model-numbers. just be sure the power (Watt) and the connections are adequate. You don't want to connect a PSU and forget to power the motherboard somehow 1 of it's connections.

The 2 PSU's seems the same, also their individual connections have the same amount of amps.
I wouldn't look at the price if one comes from a company and the cheap one from an individual, just for the waranty.

Let me know if this is enough.

Good luck and cheers, Louise.
