Are these 2 ram chips compatible?

Okay the title says it all. Both ram chips are from ADATA.

First ram chip. I have 4 gigs of this

Front sticker:

AX3U1600GB2G9-BG
DDR3 1600G(9) 2GX16

Under the serial bar: G110021930A

Back sticker:

DDR3-1600G
CL: 9-9-9-24
Voltage: 1.55V~1.75V

Second Ram Chip. i also have 4 gigs of this

Back sticker:

DDR 3-1600G
CL: 9-9-9-24
Voltage: 1.65V

In windows index rating, my rating is 7.5 with 4GB but even with 8GB my rating is still 7.5. In CPU-Z it says i have 8GB of ram. I haven't had any crashes so far or anything problems. Are they compatible?

AX3U1600GB2G9-BG - This is the bulk purchased model but it is the same chip. IBuyPower and others will use these to cut costs but I would not recommend them based on my experiences with BIOS intermittently failing to detect all of the chips.
