Question Are these 3080 hotspot readings normal?

Hi, I have an MSI RTX 3080 Gaming Z trio and In my GPUz during gaming while fps is uncapped and graphics set to ultra, it shows hot spot and memory temp readings of around 82-86c but the overall GPU temp stay at around 65-71c (this is with an aggressive fan profile of 100% fan speed when gpu hits the 50s). This is the first time I ever looked at hotspot/mem temp readings so I don't know what the normal ranges are and usually just paid attention to the GPU temps.
Are these normal readings or are they anything I should be concerned about? the ambient temp is pretty cold so i'm wondering how much hotter this will get in the summer. What do you guys think? thanks in advance.

MSI RTX 3080 Gaming z Trio
Gigabyte z370 Aorus gaming 7 motherboard
16GB Corsair vengeance ram @3200mhz
Corsair HX1200w PSU using multirail

If that is the hottest it is getting anywhere on the chip, then it is doing quite well.

That's YOUR normal. Nothing to be concerned about.
Hotspot critical is 110C.
Memory critical is 105C.
