Are these 520W PSUs enough for my setup?

I'm going to get a new PSU tomorrow and I've been reading a lot, for now these are my options if I'm going for 520W:

SeaSonic M12II-520 Evo
Antec HCG-520M
SeaSonic S12II-520

My current setup is:
i5 4690k + Scythe Kotetsu
Asus Z97-A
MSI GTX 970
2x8GB G.Skill Ripjaws-X 1600 DDR3
Seagate 2TB
DVD writer and 4 additional case fans

* At the moment I did not overclock anything and not planing to in the near future, maybe in some three years or so

Should one of these 520W PSU be enough? and which one will you recommend?

If you think I should have more headroom and get a 620W, these are also possible (at the same cost):

SeaSonic S12II-620
Antec Neo Eco 620c

Would love to hear your opinions and recommendations before I head to the store tomorrow, thanks! :)

If they are the same cost, go with the SeaSonic S12II-620. Gives you a little more headroom for any overclocking (even auto oc'ing takes extra power) and aging of psu components, and will run a bit cooler.

Yeah I thought about the SeaSonic S12II-620 which is a really good option for me, just that I don't need most of its cables and it's not modular like the Evo or the HCG (that's why I thought I'de try a modular 520W), I wonder if I can stuff most of the unused cables behind the mobo somehow :)

Tie them up with cable ties and lay them next to the PSU or along one side, NOT under the MOBO. The PSU will draw air either from the vent in the bottom of your case (if your case has one) or down from with in the case; placing the cables behind the PSU won't block any airflow.

I don't think I mind Haswell compatibility too much (or should I?), indeed the SeaSonic S12II-620, the Antec Neo Eco 620c (-is compatible, my bad) and the SeaSonic M12II-520 Evo are not Haswell compatible but the Antec HCG-520M is Haswell compatible, all of them are in the 2a tier either way

Oh right! thanks! I must have missed it, so would you say I should take the Neo Eco over the S12II ?
Another factor is that the S12II comes with a 5year warranty and the Neo Eco comes with only 3 years warranty
Also the SeaSonic should have a bit more cables (like another 3 SATA cable that I don't need), oh and the
Neo Eco is like 10$ cheaper :)

What would you recommend overall?

Don't know where you're looking so don't know what the other options are,but the neo eco would be fine for me,but again that's me.The neo eco is based on the same platform as the SII with some modifications so is essentially a decent one.

Looking at the partpicker some other options,
http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/compare/antec-power-supply-tp750c%2Cxfx-power-supply-p1550sxxb9/
keeping an eye on budget. Most give for the xfx the old pro,but at amazon, the cheapest, they sell the TS from the looks of it which is haswell compatible, the pro isn't.The antec truepower would be a good choice.

Thanks! I think I'll go for the NeoECO 620C for now (we don't have the XFX here at the moment and the TP is much more expensive here), the other lower tier options I have here for about the same prices (or lower) are:

Antec VP550P
Antec VP600P
Antec VP650P
Antec VP650PM
CoolerMaster G550M
SeaSonic SSP-550RT

There are more that are a bit more expensive so I tried to stay within range :)

All are ok in their own right,my choice would be one of these two, both 5 years of warranty,

The seasonic is nice too being gold rated for efficiency, but no sleeved cables and looking that it is a bulk product, probably more for oem's,is there the possibility that the cables aren't very long.A warranty period of 3 years though.

After that,

The neo eco has nice long cables so with a large case a nice thing.

Alright, thanks Vic for the help and recommendations! I ended taking the Antec VP650PM which looks really nice in my case and lets me use much less cables (I added only the PCIe cable) :)

I ran into three things while connecting everything:

1. In order for the cables to reach their destinations I had to install the PSU in the bottom of the case
taking air from below, which is okay - just that my case has the holes a bit to the left so they are not
aligned 100% with the PSU fan, it doesn't look like it's gonna be a problem as most of the fan covered,
what do you think?

2. I had hard time connecting a 6pin and 8pin PCIe connectors to my MSI GTX 970 as the two connectors
are really close and the two 6+2pins of the PSU cable had a hard time bending into place, and when bended they
were sticking out of the side of the case so I couldn't close the side, I ended using the 6pin to 8pin adapter cable
as an extension and finally succeeded to connect it in a way I can also close the case, I think I'll get an 8pin
extension cable or something like that to replace it later on

3. There are two connectors on this semi modular PSU that I can connect the PCIe cable (for the GPU) to,
one is marked as +12V2 PCI-E / HDD and the second one as +12V1 PCI-E / HDD (plus two smaller ones
both marked as +12V1 HDD) from all these I only use one of the PCI-E connectors for the GPU (The other
24pin, 4+4pin and two Sata connector the I use come from the fixed cables), my question is - which rail should
I use, 1 or 2? How can I know which 12v rail does the 24pin and 4+4pin cables use (so I can use the other one)?

Thanks again! :)

P.S
Here is a photo of the PSU and the marked connectors: Link

1) Where else than at the bottom? Which case?
2/3) There are two pcie cable with that psu,one (the fixed) should be enough to power that gpu (i assume the "gaming").Why attach the other modular one?
