Try right clicking the image and open it on a new tab.I think that zooms in a bit.Im sorry for about that though.Im a noob at this.Its a High Power 600wThe image is not appearing clearly enough to see the numbers for me.
However, software to read voltage values is often not the best, so I wouldn't look at that.
Your best bet is to check with a multimeter if you have a concern about the voltage.
