Are these a good match!?

Hey guys I am about to upgrade my motherboard, cpu and heatsink and I would like to know if all of it is going to be a good match for high end gaming.

I am upgrading my I7 930 to a I7 3930k
and changing my MOBO from a Gigabyte X58A UD3R to a Asus Sabertooth X79.
Also I am thinking of liquid cooling because I hear it is the best and I was thinking of the Corsair H100.
Does anyone know of any problems with this setup?? Or if there is a better MOBO option or cooling option??
I have a Corsair HX750W PSU would that be enough to support all this with a EVGA GTX560TI?

Alot of questions in one I know but I am still very new to custom building PC's.

If you want to do high end gaming, you will want a much better card than a 560 it. Look into spending money on a better GPU. gtx 670 or a 7950/7970.

An i7 is no better than an i5 for gaming. Virtually no difference. I say look into a better GPU instead.

Just wondering why your upgrade? I would recommend getting a Socket 1155 based mobo and around the i5 3570k CPU for starters, unless you need the 3930k CPU (~$570)??

My suggestions if you are okay with a Socket 1155 based system:

* i5 3570k ~$220 - OC's well and is a good CPU for the $!
* Socket 1155 Mobo, z77 chipset ~$90-200
* Stock Cooling is fine for most applications/situations. If you desire more OC'ing headroom than I'd suggest getting an aftermarket CPU HSF. Water cooling is nice and all, but the benefits to price isn't always the best.
* Your PSU is fine for you proposed uses, unless your getting 3 or 4 GPU's.

1155 is all you really need alongside an i5 3570k.

You won't get more fps in gaming on that proc. Much better to use that money on a beefier GPU.

Not a fan of all in one lc kits. Pick up a decent air cooler instead.

The 560 maxes out almost everything I have seen so maybe another gtx of some sort with SLI? and what about just replacing the mobo to a better one cause I hear the gigabyte isn't all that great..

Welp, like everyone else said, get an i5. That $500 processor isn't going to help in games. Nor is an extremely expensive motherboard.

Do you plan on doing anything other than gaming with this build?

I can understand the all in one water cooling unit. They look good and they perform well. They're not the most cost effective solution, but they get the job done. I would recommend the Noctua NH D14. It's nearly silent and performs just as good as the H100. Of course, it's bulkier. But you shouldn't have any problem with it so long as you have a decent case.

Excuse my language, but those boards are for people who like to brag and waste money. Please, don't be one of those people. For the love of whatever you consider sacred, do not waste your money on one of those overpriced boards. Either of the boards I listed will more than suit your needs. They are great for overclocking your CPU and are loaded with plenty of features.

Boards with fancy names such as Sniper, Maximus or Rampage are merely marketing techniques. Don't fall prone to such lame propaganda.

You beat me to the punch I'm at work and had to respond to some work issues, so I couldn't get back soon enough to answer what DeusAres had mentioned. My son has the AsRock Extreme 4 Mobo and a 3570k CPU and it has just about everything you need in a mobo. Match it up with a good case (one with Front USB 3.0 ports) and you have a nice system.

The Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo is a good option.

Any of these on the list will do quite well. I like the Dark Knight, it's around $50 or so, if you want some pretty good cooling at a fairly minimal cost. The EVO 212 DeusAres mentioned is a good one too for about $35.
