that Case is meant to be for Micro ATX mobo's, however it can fit, but it will very tight and i can imagine the airflow in it will be bad and it'll get kinda hot since everything is almost ontop of each other, cables everywhere etc. i wouldn't get that Case
 
Yes they will fit in the case that you chose also the parts that you chose will not have any issues working together.
The memory could be 8gb but if your on a budget and have to cut down on cost then 4gb will be ok. If the OS is 64 bit then more ram would be better but that's just my opinion.

Note; if your only going with one video card then you can switch to a Micro ATX motherboard.
