Is this all compatible with the MSI Intel 1151 Socket Z370 Chipset Z370A-Pro D4 ATX Motherboard

Intel BX80684I78700K 8th Gen Core i7-8700K Processor
G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series F4-3200C16D-8GVR 8 GB (4 GBx2) DDR4 3200 MHz C16 1.35 V Memory Kit - Classic Black
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
MSI GTX 970

Thanks!

Solution
technically they are compatible.
practically, 212 EVO can work for non overclocked 8700K. If you intend to overclock, you need a better one. for example Scythe Fuma is just a bit more expensive while much better at cooling.
Same goes for the motherboard. it's the cheapest Z370 board with very weak VRM that will affect stability of the overclocked system. for just a bit more, you can get ASRock Z370M Pro4 Micro ATX LGA1151.
For memory, I'd probably go with a single 8GB module and add another matching one later.
