My temps are really good, but i find it really annoying when i try to open any app or anything,i can hear my fans go loud for few seconds then calm down again. Not sure is it cpu fan, case fans or cooler.I took SS so do you mind taking a look and see if there's something set wrong here (ask if you need more pictures for more info) :

You will need to take the side panel off your case, then roll a sheet of A4 paper into a cylinder, hold one end to your ear and use the other end to probe for the source of the noise. Once you've narrowed down the source of the noise, you can proceed to dial the fan's RPM.

On a side note, have you used Curve Optimizer from Ryzen Master to see if you can improve the processor's power draw/temps?

It's cpu fan (most likely).
Make cpu fan curve less steep.

I havent to be honest,im not into OC and its pointless because i mainly play WoW ,i cap my fps to 100 and even without cap my cpu draw is around 20 and temp around 55c.
