Can you recommend a good budget psu with a good case then?

There's pretty much no such thing as a good PSU that comes with a case. PSUs thrown into cases are almost always the oldest, biggest pieces of junk that the company is trying to get rid of. With cases, you frequently don't even get a newer junk PSU but one that's been sitting in the back of a warehouse since 2007.

I'm not sure where you're shopping -- specific stores in Egypt are out of my area expertise -- but a quick scan on Google shows that the SeaSonic S12II-520 tends to be the cheapest reputable power supply available in most places, in the 1300-1400 EGP range.

From NEWEGG.COM - better Drive (SSD 1gb) and better GPU

Electro, I'd actually avoid that PSU.

It was a surprise to me too, but Dark Lord supplied yesterday the information that that SeaSonic series isn't being made by SeaSonic, but being outsourced to Shenzhen Rui Sheng Yuan, the same company that made the cheapo outsourced XFX XT series. While it may be acceptable, I now won't trust this one without someone doing a teardown! Not sure why SeaSonic wants to kill the goodwill on their budget lines!

Here's a SeaSonic S12II 520 for 946.99 EGP.
