Are these comments worth the investment

If anyone has the time to look over these links and tell me if you feel the product(s) is worth the purchase price, I would greatly appreciate it.

*When deciding if the sticker price is worthy please keep in mind, I’m a mom of 4 kids. My time, money and computer knowledge is limited. My 9yo is pretty dang savvy and resourceful but he’s still 9yo. Convenience and budget (roughly $800 as of now) is of value to me*

Until very recently ago my 9yo was headed toward an Intel CPU.

I’ve done some limited reading about AMD vs Intel.

Still a bit clueless.

If you feel any of these are NOT worth the price can you specify why? Some of the links I’ve included are for customizable builds.

I wouldn't do the touchscreen. Limited upgrades and, unless you believe otherwise, the touchscreen will get very little use for the cost.
12GB RAM is an odd size for a Ryzen 7 CPU. For that reason only, I would get the 16GB RX480.
