Are these compatible with my motherboard?

I'm new to all this and was just wondering if anyone could help me out. I want to make sure everything will work before spending all the money to buy the parts.
Mobo: P35-DS3R
CPU: i5-3470
GPU: GeForce GTX 660 OC 2GB
Are all of these parts compatible? Will they run games well together?

The cpu is not compatible. The gpu is going to depend more on the make and model of the psu than the motherboard.

the board you mentioned is of lga775 . and procesor is 1155 . so no compatibility . . .
