[SOLVED] Are these compatible?

Solution
The PSU is garbage.
The Kingston A400 isn't good either.
The motherboard is cheap, has a weak VRM setup with no cooling(will affect the longevity of the board) and requires bios 4801 or newer to work with the 3600.
Running slower single channel ram with Ryzen is going to kill performance.

Yes but no...
The motherboard is compatible but it needs a BIOS update, and to do that you need a supported cpu. If you have a friend that has a ryzen gen 1/2 you can use that, otherwise you can ask AMD but that involves a lot of time even if it is (theorically) free. You can bring it to a pc store and they will probably update the bios for 10-20 bucks.
If you don't want to deal with all of this, you just need a "ryzen 3 ready" motherboard (or an older cpu).

If you want an advice on your build, i will be happy to give it since there are some minor issues (not that your couldn't work except for the BIOS update).

As @bignastyid suggested, spend a bit more on the mobo but more importantly on ram. With just 10 dollars more you can get much better ram.
That psu is complete trash, just get a better one from a reputable brand like maybe sharkoon, corsair, evga seasonic... I ensure it will be worth the extra money and your components will thank you.
For the motherboard, just get a b350/450 and maybe one that does not need a BIOS update (1 problem less).

While the VS is better than the Aerocool. The CX450 is better and currently cheaper. You can also get the faster ddr4 3200 ram cheaper.

Yes, they would work, but please stop going so cheap.
3200 mhz ram of the same brand cost about the same, take that.
The PSU is ok, but be aware, it is NOT modular, so you will have to keep all the extra cables inside the case.
The motherboard has no VRM cooling either.
Edit: I have seen @bignastyid's post and it's good, except that he didn't include the ssd, you can take this one or the kingstome one.

Not a fan of that Kingston SSD. And 240Gb will fill up fast.

The PSU market is nuts right now(thanks covid). Looks like the CX is out of stock again. Currys is showing stock on a TX550m, which is a better psu but it also costs more and no shipping.
