Are these component ok?

Ok, so i am a first time PC builder and I don't know very much but am eager to listen and learn anything possible.
First off i have a rough idea of what overclocking is but if someone could provide a good explanation that would be great

Before I spend alot of money on these components I would like to know what people much more knowledgeable than me have to to say about them.

CPU: AMD FX8350
Motherboard: Asus M5A99X Evo R2.0
GPU: Asus GeForce GTX 660 DirectCU II
RAM: G.Skill 16GB Ripjaws X Dual Channel Memory Kit -(2x 8GB, DDR3 1600MHz,1.5v, F3-1600C9D-16G​XM, XMP Ready)

If there are places where you think I should allocate less money and other places where you think I should allocate more please let me know.
Would I be able to play Day-Z with no issues on this?

I would be incredibly grateful for any feedback.

1. Get the FX-8320 instead. It is the same processor as the 8350 just with a lower frequency and cheaper. (Will explain later)
2. Get 8GB (2x4GB) of RAM. This will save you money and 8GB is really all you need for gaming.
3. With the money you saved by getting 8GB of ram and the 8320, you can get a GTX760 which is a faster card than the 660.
4. Overclocking is changing the frequency of the processor (or GPU, or RAM) so that it can run faster. When you overclock your processor, you are effectively making your whole computer run faster
