Yes they will fit but why are you getting a micro ATX MB if the rest of your system is going to be ATX?

Some manufacturers will add a sticker to the box the motherboard comes in which states what BIOS version is installed. Otherwise, it's just a guess. You won't know until you try the new CPU. If you run into problems, you likely need a BIOS update.
